"GOD WOULDN’T SEND ANYONE TO HELL"
THERE
IS A POPULAR BELIEF AROUND TODAY SUMMARISED IN THE PHRASE "HEAVEN BY
DEATH". THIS MEANS ALL ANYONE HAS TO DO TO GET TO HEAVEN IS TO DIE.
THIS
IS FURTHER SUPPORTED BY FUNERALS WE SEE ON T.V. OF FAMOUS CELEBRITIES AND STARS
OF STAGE AND SCREEN.
WE
SEE THE CATHOLIC PRIEST (indeed Uniting, Anglican) ASSURING ALL AND SUNDRY OF
THE DEAR DEPARTED'S FINAL RESTING PLACE.
"Heaven
won't be the same now Bill's up there keeping everyone entertained with his

JUST ASK ANYONE AND THEY'LL TELL YOU: "GOD IS A GOD OF LOVE AND AS

GOD WON'T SEND ANYONE TO HELL?
OH YES HE WILL.... PEOPLE JUST WON'T BELIEVE THE
BIBLE
"And
the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all
the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods. They, and all that
appertained to them, WENT DOWN ALIVE INTO THE PIT, and the earth closed
upon them: and they perished from among the congregation. " (Numbers 16:32-33)
Korah
and his mates were getting jealous of Moses and thought he was wielding too much
power. God dealt with them very swiftly - AND THEY WENT TO HELL!
JESUS TALKS
ABOUT HELL
"And fear not them
which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him
which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell" (Matthew 10:28)
Was
Jesus a liar? Was Jesus trying to pull the wool over everyone's eyes and just
scaring people into being goody-goodies? (like how you scare little kids and
tell them that the "boogey - man" will get them if they're not good).
Can we accuse Jesus of stooping this low? The Bible says that Jesus was sinless
and refrained from every appearance of sin.
My
friend, Jesus was telling the truth and time and time again He talks about hell
and about the awful reality of eternal flames and torment.
CUT
OFF YOUR HAND?
People
who don't believe in hell can be heard to say "Here's Jesus being `Mr.
Johnny-One-Note' again. Harping on the same old subject of hell again. Here He
goes again being `Mr Negativity' and bringing gloom and doom to the message of
‘love and light’.”
This
“love and light” message is the one proclaimed by unconverted do-gooders who
want to be God's little helpers who want to sanitize the Bible and say,
"Well, God didn't really mean that" or "The Bible was only
written by men who didn't have the comprehensive world view that we have
today" or "Jesus was only referring to the rubbish dump outside of
the city where they burned up the refuse from time to time."
"And
if thy RIGHT EYE OFFEND THEE, PLUCK IT OUT, and cast it from thee: for
it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy
whole body should be cast into hell.
And
if thy RIGHT HAND OFFEND THEE, CUT IT OFF, and cast it from thee: for it
is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy
whole body should be cast into hell. " (Matthew 5:29-30)
Now why would Jesus be warning people to dismember their bodies if hell
was a figment of people's imagination.
Was Jesus just into the "scaring
business" and didn't really mean it? If so, we can accuse Him of lying!
WORMS
NOT DYING?
Jesus warns of hell again:
"And
whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is
better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast
into the sea. And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to
enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire
that never shall be quenched: WHERE THEIR WORM DlETH NOT, AND THE FIRE IS
NOT QUENCHED. And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for
thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into
the fire that never shall be quenched: WHERE THEIR WORM DlETH NOT, AND THE
FIRE IS NOT QUENCHED. And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it
is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having
two eyes to be cast into hell fire. WHERE THEIR WORM DlETH NOT. AND THE FIRE
IS NOT QUENCHED. "
(Mark 9:42-48)
For
those who read and believe the Bible, they start to see that Jesus is serious
about hell and that it is a place of terrible and unremitting torment and
everlasting pain that goes forever.
Why
would Jesus say that it's better to have only one eye, hand or foot in this
life? ANSWER: Those in hell wish that parts of their body weren't there and so
get rid of some of the pain. Those in hell wish they could kill themselves
altogether, but God won't allow it.
PEOPLE DON'T BELIEVE IN HELL
Funny isn't it, how we just want to read the parts
of the Bible that appeal to us and we ignore the rest or the parts we don't
believe in.
Take
for instance Matthew 25:46 where Jesus
is talking about everlasting punishment and eternal life. Now if you ask
the man on the street if he believes in eternal life in heaven - he'll say "YES". Ask him about
everlasting punishment and he'll say "NO".
YET
WE HAVE IT IN BLACK AND WHITE!
"And
these shall go away into EVERLASTING PUNISHMENT: but the righteous into LIFE
ETERNAL." (Matthew 25:46)
The
word "everlasting" and the word "eternal" in
this verse have the same meaning - both mean forever, ad infinitum, going on
without end, never stopping.
Isn't
it strange how people want to believe part of a sentence but won't believe the
other part.
What
makes it even more peculiar – Jesus is the speaker and people will tell you
that He's telling the truth in one part of the sentence and then lying in the
other.
PEOPLE JUST WON'T BELIEVE THE BIBLE!

* A furnace of fire - Matthew 13:41-42

place of outer darkness - Matthew 25:30
* Where they scream for mercy - Lk16:24

place of everlasting punishment - Matthew 25:46
* Where they gnaw their tongues - Revelation 16:10
* Where they feel the wrath of God - Revelation 14:10
* A place of everlasting destruction - 2 Thessalonians 1:9
* A place for the devil and his angels - Matthew 25:41
* Where the fire never goes out - Mark 9:48
* A
place of everlasting burnings- Isaiah 33:14
* Where they don't want their loved ones .to come - Luke 16:28

MY DEAR FRIEND, there's a million books out there that contradict the
Bible and all written by clever men and indeed theologians - and they all deny
the reality of hell and the Lake of Fire.
WHAT WILL YOU BELIEVE - JESUS OR MAN'S OPINION? Two seconds after you die you'll wish you'd believed Jesus and trusted Him alone for your salvation. As you scream your lungs out for eternity, you'll cry, moan and weep because you'll finally know the reality of hell.
