“DEAR READER … ARE YOU A
DONKEY?”
If
not you should be!
Please
let me explain …
When
Israel left Egypt to enter into the Promised land of Canaan, there were
two
tribes called Moab and Midian, who wanted to stop them and drive Israel
from
passing through their lands … as they were too mighty.
So
king Moab engaged the services of a seer (sort of like a
prophet) called
Balaam to curse Israel … for whoever Balaam
“ … blessest is
blessed, and he whom thou cursest is cursed.” (Numbers 22:6).
So as
Balaam was going to meet the king, the angel of the LORD (Numbers
22:22) with a
large sword, blocked Balaam’s progress. Not seeing that the
angel did
this, Balaam struck his donkey. The donkey crushed Balaam’s
foot against
a stone wall … and so Balaam struck his donkey a second time.
The donkey
lay down and Balaam struck it a third time.
The LORD
then spoke through the donkey and
Balaam, having his eyes opened, knew it was
the LORD that had brought all this to pass.
Three
times
the king of Moab asked Balaam to curse Israel … and three times Balaam
blessed
them.
BALAAM HAD
SEEN THAT IT PLEASED GOD TO BLESS ISRAEL!
Now today,
the situation is similar in that the leaders of the Arab nations are
wanting America
The Balaam and other Western Balaam nations, currently
blinded, to
curse Israel, and stop the Jews migrating to Israel … indeed … stop
expanding
their building of settlements in the mountains of Israel.
But in
promoting a Two State Solution, the Western Nations, being
blinded
like Balaam … can’t see that it is the Lord that will bless or
curse them
according to how they treat Israel.
Indeed,
Ezekiel chapter 35 warns those of the consequences of trying to destroy
Israel.
Indeed,
the
Lord has been more than gracious to the Arabic people as God has given
them 500
more land than Israel in which to dwell.
Dear
Reader, the die is cast … and prophecy will come to bear … however in
the
meantime, be a donkey … and open the eyes of any blind Balaamic
individuals.
