“FURTHER ONE LINERS
TO REFUTE THE FOGASS”
Part 6 of 8
Dear Reader, keep in mind who the FOGASS are …
those that spew Formal Equivalence (although this had been
settled in
1611), the Originals, the Greek, the Addition
and the Subtraction
and the Substitution of words and phrases in the King James
Bible.
Question: “Aren’t King James Bible believers simply name
callers?”
Answer: “No. Christ himself called the Pharisees and Sadducees
white washed sepulchres;
Paul calls the Galatians bewitched; the Ephesians as fools
(Ephesians 5:15); and Paul ‘sarcastically’ calls people wise
(2 Corinthians 11:19); the wise of this world are fools (Romans 1:22). No,
it’s
the unteachable that put up this feeble defence of name calling (2 Timothy 4:3).
Furthermore, it’s those that accuse King James Believers of name
calling are in
fact the name callers themselves … you know … church splitters,
arrogant,
divisive and conspirators. ”
Question: “Don’t King James Bible believers split up
churches?”
Answer: “No. Churches rarely split over doctrine. It is personalities
that do the splitting. Some people just don’t like other people … too
much power
in the church; getting too much attention; how the money
should
be spent; what colour to paint the walls and so on. Being such
impeccable,
moral living and ‘sinless’ Christians, they will not be accused of any
of the
flesh sins in Galatians chapter five … will they? No! Let’s blame the
King
James Bible Believers instead.”
Question: “Can’t the Bible versions be used to get people
saved?”
Answer: “Of course, but you’ll never grow with reading and
believing them.”
Answer: “It was translated and authorized for the common
man. The common
man fills the armies, buys food at the grocery store and fills the gas
tanks.
The common man has common sense … it’s the so-called the pub
test.”
Question: “I’ve heard that King James authorized his Bible to be
used in churches?”
Answer: “Incorrect. He authorized it’s translation for
the common man and
not its usage in churches.
Question: “What about today’s translators … aren’t they
better than the 1611 Translators?”
Answer: No … this is a lie. Get hold of a couple of books by
Alexander McClure
and Gustavus S. Paine writing about who the 1611 men were … and get up
to
speed. The 1611 men forgot more Greek than today’s professors will ever
learn.”
Question: “Did the 1611 Translators ever claim to be inspired
by God?’
Answer: “Of course not. They would not be so arrogant. They had
fervent and
pious hearts the whole bang lot of them! No, God was the author of the
King
James Bible … these men were simply the humble writing
instruments to
bring this about.”
Question: “Did the King James Bible just suddenly appear
on the scene? What was its history?”
Answer: “This is the lie that has been perpetrated by its critics. The King James Bible was simply a gem … already in formative existence … that needed the polishing to shine more brightly of the Wyclif, Tyndal, Coverdale, Matthew, Great, Geneva and Bishop Bibles. The King James Bible was not a new Bible. it was the result of hundreds of Bibles of the godly line, in all languages of the world. More specifically, it was the 250 years before the 1611 Bible with the Wyclif, Tyndal, Coverdale, Matthew, Great, Geneva and Bishop Bibles, that brought the 1611 into full bloom … along with the 5,000 or so godly writings and manuscripts from around the world.”
