Well
Dear Reader, even if you ticked all of the above boxes … you
would
rocket into the burning flames of hell forever the moment you died!
Let
me put it this way … have you lead a sinless life as Jesus?
How
does your goodness measure up to him?
Here’s
the reason, the Bible says we have all sinned (Romans 3:23) … there are
no good
sinners or bad sinners.
The
Bible says “Just one sin will burn you in hell forever.”
The
Bible says you must be perfect all your life …
“
… Cursed
is every one that continueth not in ALL things which are
written in the
book of the law to do them.” (Galatians 3:10)
What
should your answer to the above question be?
“I
will not be burning in hell because Jesus took the curse of the
perfection of
God’s laws on himself … instead of me.”
The
holy scriptures say …
“Christ
hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for
us:
…” (Galatians 3:13)
In
other words, Jesus took my punishment for my sins and died in my place.
“Thank
you Jesus for dying in my place and your shedding your blood for my
sins. Thank
you for saving me.”
There
was a jailer in the Bible who asked “What must I do be saved?”
The
answer was “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be
saved.”
(Acts 16:31)
