CALLED
FEW ARE CHOSEN”
Yes Dear
Reader, this is one of the rocks under which Calvinists aka
Reformed aka
DOG’s hide.
It’s sad but
true, that there are many Christians out there clutching their version
of the
Bible … who are “La! La! In the Blue” … that is a “Don’t have a Clue” …
about
the dispensations in the Bible.
But not only
that, they are exceedingly proud about their ignorance as well.
It’s that old chestnut of
many are
called …
“For many are called, but
few are
chosen.”
(Matthew 22:14)
“Look at
that” they say “God calls everyone to get saved but only blesses a few.”
Then they
carry on with “But who can know the mysteries of God … his ways are not
our
ways and similarly his thoughts are not our thoughts” as they slowly
stroke
their beards in deep contemplation.
But further
revealing their lack of Bible knowledge, they go on with …
“How is it
that I was chosen? … how is it that God saw me down the stretches of
time, as
threw a grain of salvation rice that hit me on the head … like someone
at a
wedding?”
Furthermore,
they go on with more rubbish … twisting the scripture about being
chosen into
Christ … not in Christ … before the foundation of the world
(Ephesians
1:4)
With their
abysmal lack of Bible knowledge … equivalent to a dead orangutan’s at
the North
Pole … they do not understand that
Christ is talking about the kingdom of heaven … NOT the Kingdom
of God.
Yes Dear
Reader, under the kingdom of heaven dispensation, many were
called and
few were chosen … because they did not have the right works.
The
following are examples …
1.The above
being connected to the wedding feast (Matthew 22:14)
2. “From that time many
of his disciples
went back, and walked no more with him.” (John 6:66)
3. “Many will say to me
in that
day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy
name
have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful
works?”
(Matthew 7:22)
4. A certain ruler told to sell
all
he had (Luke 18:22)
Yes Dear
Reader, many are called but few are chosen, because they didn’t fit the
bill of
the right works required for the kingdom of heaven … they failed the
required
work tests.
They weren’t
chosen because they failed to meet the entry requirements.
