Q: Mmmm! An interesting question. Why do you ask?

A: Well that’s the distance between the New King James Version and the King James Bible.  

Q: How so?

A: The New King James Version comes from Alexandria in Egypt and the King James Bible comes from Antioch in Syria.

The godly manuscripts upon which the King James Bible is based come out of Antioch.

The ungodly manuscripts from which the New King James Version is based come out of Alexandria Egypt … the centre of Greek culture.

Q: Oh!  

A: Yes, they first became known as Christians in Antioch.

“And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.” (Acts 11:26)

EXPLANATION:
There is only one Bible … the one from Antioch corrupted by Alexandria Egypt.

EGYPT … place of death and bondage

 1. Abraham feared the Egyptians would kill him and steal Sarai his wife (Genesis 12:12

2. The Jews were slaves in Egypt (Exodus 1:11-14)

3. Egypt is a house a bondage (Exodus 20:2) 

4. Egypt is an iron furnace (Deuteronomy 4:20)

5. Israel are not to commercially trade with Egypt (Deuteronomy 17:16)

6. Egypt and Sodom are the places of the spiritually dead (Revelation 11:8)

7. Jews from Alexandria Egypt killed Stephen (Acts 6:9) 

8. Apollos from Alexandria was an unsaved man and ignorant of the gospel. Alexandria is synonymous with bad Bible teaching (Acts 18:24-25;19:3).

9. Paul sent to Rome, and his eventual death in Rome, on  two separate ships … both from Alexandria (Acts 27:6; 28:11).

10. Alexandria was the centre of education and philosophy (Colossians 2:8) which it received from Athens (Acts 17:16).

ANTIOCH … Paul’s gospel of eternal salvation 

1. Antioch is chosen by God for the new testament church with Nicolas (Acts 6:5)

2. At Antioch the Lord Jesus is preached to the Greeks (Acts 11:19-21)

3. Barnabas’ ministry in Antioch added many more people to Christ (Acts 11:22-24) 

4. Barnabas brings Paul to Antioch … not Alexandria nor even Jerusalem (Acts 11:25-26)

5. Antioch was the place of the first Christians (Acts 11:26).

6. God’s prophets were sent to Antioch (Acts 11:27-28)

7. The Christians in Antioch, blessed by God, sends money to the saints in Jerusalem (Acts 11:29-30)

8. God sends his missionaries from Antioch, never Alexandria, into the world to preach his gospel (Acts 13:1-4,5-8,9-12,13; 14:25-28)

9. Paul’s 2^nd missionary journey starts from Antioch (Acts 15:35-36)

10. The following verses speak glowingly of Antioch … never Alexandria.

“And thence sailed to Antioch, from whence they had been recommended to the grace of God for the work which they fulfilled.” (Acts 14:26)

“Then pleased it the apostles and elders, with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas; namely, Judas surnamed Barsabas, and Silas, chief men among the brethren:” (Acts 15:22)

“Paul also and Barnabas continued in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also.” (Acts 15:35)

“But when Peter was come to Antioch, I (PAUL) withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed.” (Galatians 2:11) 

Dear Reader in the light of the above facts, why would anyone go down to Egypt for a Bible?
