My point
is this … Abraham was a doctrinal
size-six … not a Christian size-ten … to wit:
1. Unlike a
Christian, Abraham did
not get redeemed … that is … his sins could not be taken
away …
only covered. Size 6!
2. Unlike a
Christian, Abraham did
not get justified till years after he got his imputed righteousness
(Romans
4:22; Genesis 15:6). Size 6!
3. Unlike a
Christian, Abraham
did not get born again. Size 6!
4. Unlike a
Christian, Abraham
did not go to the 3rd heaven upon death (Ephesians
4:8-10;
Philippians 1:23). Size 6!
5. Unlike a
Christian, Abraham did
not enter Christ’s body. Size 6!
6. Unlike a
Christian, Abraham
did not see anything that took place at Calvary (John 8:56; Genesis
22:5). Size
6!
7. Unlike a
Christian, when Abraham
believed God, he did not experience regeneration or
spiritual
circumcision. Size 6!
Question: “Why
would
a size six Abraham pretend to have the eternal security
of a size
ten Christian?”
Answer: He didn’t!
Question: “Why
would
some Christians say that?”
Answer: Because
they are WILLINGLY! ignorant … as someone once said …
