WHAT IS A BAPTIST BRIDER?
After the
rapture (1 Thessalonians 4:16-18), the marriage supper of the lamb takes place
(Revelation
19:9). Now according to the Baptist Briders (BB), there will be some
that have
the prime seats at the table, an inner sanctum if you will, and these
will be
seated right next to the Lord Jesus Christ as his bride.
Now, out in
the kitchen
preparing this wedding feast will be John Wesley, George Whitfield, and
Martin
Luther and millions and millions of other Christians. You see, these
saints
didn’t make the grade as the Bride of Christ. Indeed, when all the food
has
been made ready, these godly saints of Wesley, Whitfield and Luther,
will come
out and serve the tables as waiters, sweep the floor, switch off the
lights and
hang up the keys.
Now according
to the BB’s,
there will be lots of other Christians at the marriage supper
of the
lamb, but Jesus won’t let them wear the badge which says “I am the
Bride of
Christ. I am special.”
And this all
has to do with
getting water baptized. BB’s believe that water baptism places
a person
into the body of Christ. Now if you want to join their church, you must
get
their particular brand of water baptism and be re-baptized, as all
other
baptisms are not recognized!
How did this
false doctrine
come about?
1. Everytime
a BB sees the words “baptize” or “baptism” he only sees water.
He must
ignore the scriptures of Holy Ghost baptism of 1 Corinthians 12:13,
Galatians
3:27 and Romans 6:3-4.
2. BB’s
fail to see that John’s baptism was a special one-off preaching
of a
repentance water baptism to Israel for the remission of past sins (Mark
1:4,
Luke 3:3 and so on).
3. A
BB is not a follower of Paul who follows Christ (1 Corinthians
11:1) as
Paul said that the only water allowed into Paul’s churches would be
that
contained in the vases with flowers (1 Corinthians 1:17)
4. BB’s
refuse to believe that the gospel of Christ’s kingdom of heaven, as
contained
in the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7) was not the kingdom of
God
gospel given to Paul.
Dear Reader,
all Baptists are
Baptist Briders in one form or another … it’s only a matter of degree.
Now they would
be appalled and
horrified that such a statement could be made about them. Drawing
themselves up
to their full height, they would loudly proclaim that they are not as
bad as
other Baptists!
The Bible
declares all
Baptists, and all other churches with water, are of “the
concision”
(Philippians 3:2). They are called dogs and evil workers
… as
they rip and tear at the finished work of Christ.
Failing to see
that John’s
water baptism of repentance was for the remission of sins only, and
that
Christ’s Sermon on the Mount was the manifesto of works for the kingdom
of
heaven here on earth, all ‘water churches’ refuse to follow
Paul as he
follows Christ with his waterless gospel and doctrine.
Truly, all
Baptists are 8th
Day Adventists … saved but fueling their car with the destructive
mixture
John, Christ and Paul.
The paradox is
this … they
have forsaken the fountain of living waters and hewed out broken
cisterns
holding their water (Jeremiah 2:13).
