the originals because
there’s
been two …or
is it
three of
them?
1.
After the
roll of scriptures
(we’ll call this Original #1)
is read to king Jehoiakim, the king
gets out
his penknife,
cuts up the roll and throws it
into the
fire
(Jer
36:21-23).
Then God
gets Jeremiah to
re-write the scroll
(the one thrown into the fire) and
has some extra words
added to it.
This is
Original #2
(We can
read this version in it’s
entirety in Jeremiah chapters 45-51.)
to read the roll in Babylon
(Jer 51:61-63)
and then throw
it into the Euphrates
river
But God
has had a copy made of
Jer 45-51, which is Original #2,
and we have
this copy Original
#3.
originals today either.
What does
this mean?
It means
that your Bible with
Jeremiah 45-51,
has been translated from a copy
of a re-vamp of the original #1.
Put as much emphasis on the
originals as God does – absolutely none!

Dear Reader, it is with a giant yawn, that I write the following …
“THE ORIGINALS
– are they only ‘was’, or can they be ‘is’ and ‘is to come’?”
While all true Christians would vehemently and solemnly ‘cross their heart and hope to die’ in asserting that Christ, the Word, “…which was, and is, and is to come…” (Rev 4:8), is inerrant (no error) across these three ages of the past, present and future, some would deny this about his words.
